We at house2home are making our products to make you happy and we back that up commitment and quality control, and lastly with our return policy. While we hope it doesn’t come to that, we make it as painless and as bold as possible. Only purchases directly made with us, will subject to discussions or any issue.
House2home believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
Under this policy: We accept cancellation of orders, until they are not packed and dispatched. 100% payment will be refunded or can be adjusted prior to packing or dispatch of goods. (Not applicable on custom orders)
Orders processed under the Same Day Dispatch category, cannot be cancelled.
No cancellations are entertained for those products are obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
Return, Refund & Damage Policy
All our products are handmade, and are subject to noticeable variations. No 2 products will be same, and are subject to change, due to intricate manufacturing process. Any false or unfilled commitment will be considered be as our fault and will be rectified immediately with full satisfaction or rectification in discussion with the customer on case to case basis.
Small and Minor variations in production process are subject of discussion and should not be considered as a defect, due to nature of manufacturing as the products are Hand Made. Any big visible or noticeable Defects may be exchanged for a similar item, in running or next upcoming future order. Any return or exchange should be initiated in maximum 3 -4 days of receipt of goods.
Any excess or shortage should be intimated in maximum 3 -4 days of receipt of goods. Open or used cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any change, excess, damage or shortage once accepted or confirmed, will be notified through a credit note or a PI in adjustment.
We pack the goods with utmost care, as well maintaining the economies of the same, and assure 99% safety.
All our goods are insured up to the value of the billed amount, for any loss or damage in transit, any claim in this regard will be borne by the insurer / logistics. To activate the insurance claim, kindly check the count and damage in cartons if any, needs to be notified on the receiving note of the courier / cargo receipt while receiving the goods, a clear copy of the same is also required to process the claim (details of loss or damage needs to be disclosed mandatorily on the receiving note / acknowledgement copy). Products which are not subject to claim can be settled amicably, and where ever possible corrections or faults which require rectifications will be done. In case of any change of components, cost needs to be shared. Any costs of shipping will be borne by the sender of the goods.
Given the nature of products we do not encourage returns, due to high probability of in transit damage. However in case of few exceptions which will be decided on case to case basis, only exchange will be permitted, the shipping will be borne by the sender. In case of any returns the product must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging, until it is delivered to our doorstep.
PS : This policy varies from the nature of the product. Any natural transformation (like oxidization or tarnishing) should not be considered as defect. Prices are subject to variations, any returns or refunds will not be prompted on this basis.
