Due to the intricate and handcrafted manufacturing process, minor variations in size, polish, finish, texture, and color may occur. No two products will be exactly identical. Such natural variations, oxidization, tarnishing, or slight design differences should not be considered defects.
All policies mentioned below apply only to purchases made directly with House2Home. Policies may vary depending on the nature of the product, bulk orders, export shipments, or customized wedding gift basket and gift pack orders.
General Policy
At House2Home, we manufacture premium wedding hampers, gift hampers, gift baskets and boxes, chocolate hamper gift collections, and decorative handicrafts with a commitment to quality control and customer satisfaction.
Our focus is on bulk buyers, wedding planners, exporters, retailers, and corporate gifting clients. Every hamper gift box, sweet box, chocolate box, fruit basket, and gift pack is carefully packed to ensure maximum safety during transit.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled only before packing and dispatch.
- 100% payment will be refunded or adjusted against future orders if cancelled prior to dispatch.
- Custom orders, personalized wedding hampers, customized gift baskets, and bulk special production orders are non-cancellable.
- Orders processed under Same Day Dispatch category cannot be cancelled.
- No cancellations are accepted for festive or limited-occasion products such as Diwali gift hampers, Pongal collections, Valentine’s Day hampers, wedding season gift hampers, or limited gift pack offers.
Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Handmade Product Variations
All wedding gift baskets, chocolate hamper gift sets, hamper boxes, gifting baskets, and metal handicrafts are handmade. Minor variations should not be treated as manufacturing defects.
Defect & Exchange Policy
- Major visible defects must be reported within 3–4 days of receipt of goods.
- Defective items may be exchanged in a running or upcoming order, subject to discussion.
- Opened, used, or altered products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Excess or Shortage
- Any excess or shortage must be informed within 3–4 days of delivery.
- Approved adjustments will be issued via Credit Note or Proforma Invoice adjustment.
Transit Damage & Insurance Policy
We ensure careful packaging of wedding hampers, gift baskets and boxes, chocolate hamper gift sets, cake boxes, and sweet box packaging. All goods are insured up to the billed value.
- Damage or shortage must be clearly mentioned on the courier/cargo receiving note at the time of delivery.
- A signed copy mentioning damage is mandatory for insurance claims.
- Claims will be processed through the insurer or logistics company.
- Claims without written mention at delivery will not be eligible.
Shipping costs for exchanges or corrections will be borne by the sender.
Return Policy
Due to the fragile nature of gift hampers, wedding hampers, chocolate hamper gift sets, gift basket box collections, and decorative handicrafts, returns are generally discouraged to prevent transit damage.
In exceptional approved cases:
- Only exchange may be permitted.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging.
- Shipping charges will be borne by the sender.
Pricing Policy
Prices of wedding hampers, gift hampers, gift baskets, hamper boxes, chocolate hamper gift packaging, and festive gift packs are subject to change based on raw material cost, customization, bulk quantity, and seasonal demand.
No returns or refunds will be accepted due to price variations.
